Role Description The Account Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ruston, LA. This role is responsible for managing and growing client accounts by identifying customer needs, presenting tailored audio, video, and conferencing solutions, and overseeing the sales process from initial contact through project completion. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting new business opportunities, conducting onsite and virtual client meetings, preparing proposals and quotes, and coordinating with the design and installation teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery. The Account Executive will maintain ongoing communication with clients, address questions and concerns, and support post-installation follow-up to ensure satisfaction and cultivate repeat business. This position also involves tracking sales activity, meeting revenue targets, and representing LINK Integration Group at industry events and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

- Technical aptitude or familiarity with commercial audio, video, and conferencing solutions, with the ability to learn product features and translate them into business value.
- Organizational and project coordination skills, including managing multiple opportunities, tracking details, and collaborating with internal teams.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, office productivity software, and basic reporting for pipeline management and sales performance tracking.
