About the Role
Link Feed Ingredients North, a feed ingredients processing facility in Jefferson, is hiring a dependable Loader Operator / General Laborer to help run day-to-day operations. You'll operate a front-end loader and forklift, move and stage product, and pitch in on general facility work. Some equipment experience is a plus, but we're glad to train the right person — what matters most is showing up, working safely, and being willing to learn. If you want steady, hands-on work with a small crew, we'd like to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Operate a front-end loader and forklift to move and load product
- Assist with general feed processing and facility operations
- Load and unload trucks
- General labor — keeping the facility and equipment clean and in good working order
- Follow all safety procedures
What We're Looking For
- Loader or forklift experience preferred, but not required — we'll train
- Reliable and hardworking, with a good attitude
- Comfortable in a dusty, physical, feed/grain environment
- Able to perform physical labor and lift [up to 50 lbs]

Pay: $17.50 - $23.00 per hour
