We are looking for a talented Project Coordinator who is responsible for the assembling and analyzing job/project information, preparing documents and resources which serve to eliminate discrepancies and problems in the field, while improving the efficient planning and scheduling of resources. Will develop detailed coordinated schedules with the internal team and external partners. Will monitor job/project budgets as it relates to labor and cost. Will be responsible for the input, and monitoring of deliverables, procurement, and job/project schedules. Will develop internal and external communications as needed describing job/project status. Work will require the application of planning/scheduling and costing techniques. Will involve strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Main Responsibilities:
- Produce conceptual schedules with input from the project team for debate and refinement
- Review job/project scope with the Customer prior to dispatch to ensure a comprehensive site visit.
- Determine if there are any Customer Job/project site specific requirements ex. safety training, background checks, certifications, etc. to perform Service at project site.
- Development of an overall schedule using defined and sequenced work activities to meet business needs
- Oversee all project scheduling activities and provide required updates, forecasts, and reports as necessary
- Review and evaluate Vendor and Subcontractor to the quality of work and on time schedule

- Travel to job/project sites as needed to
- Review and approval of invoicing from external partners completing work in the field.
- Recommending workaround plans to keep the project on track
- Develop effective relationships with key internal and external partners/peers to ensure project and business alignment
- Inform management of deviations from processes or schedule that will impact job/project performance
- Understand drawings, specifications, and statements of work in the preparation of schedules to be implemented in the field.
- Monitor multiple project schedules and provide support as necessary
- Interact with the Service team and represent LINK and its partners in the best manner to Customers, subcontractors, and their representatives
- Support the development of conceptual bid and proposal schedules with Service team.
- Analyze and communicate the impact of changes to the scope/schedule
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve documentation accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality and service standards.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of Field Service experience preferred
- Base knowledge of construction and/or manufacturing disciplines preferred
- Minimum 3 years demonstrated project management/coordination/scheduling experience
Knowledge, Skills amp; Abilities:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven skill and/or proficiency in scheduling, scope building, and estimating
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills; detail oriented
- Experience using and aptitude in adopting various computer programs and ERP systems
- Working knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM) Scheduling, preferred
- Ability to work well independently and very closely with a team
- Working knowledge of programs such as Microsoft Office, Excel, Project, and Word
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to speak verbally and read English

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, hand-eye coordination, and manual dexterity.
