Key Responsibilities
- Track, trace, and monitor shipments, ensuring timely and accurate status updates with completed notes.
- Process routine customer information to transportation, billing, and collection efforts.
- Monitor web, fax, and voicemail for updates from service providers.
- Maintain and update data for specific customers, markets, products, and processes.
- Support coordinators, supervisors, and managers with day-to-day operational needs.
- Communicate issues with shipments.
- Confirm charges from service providers and ensure cost accuracy.
- Assist with operations, sales efforts, contracts, and billing as needed.
- Adhere to company security procedures (C-TPAT and TSA compliance).
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or the equivalent.
- 2 years’ of customer service experience, Logistics customer service experience is a plus!
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to follow detailed procedures.
- Must be able pass background and drug screening!
