Pay rate & Scheduled:
- $17.00 - $22.00 Hourly
- 1st, 2nd and 3rd Shift available.
- Must be able to work rotating shifts
Job Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery and equipment
- Must have 2 plus year of machine operating, manufacturing, or production experience preferred
- Comfortable working around industrial machinery and equipment
- Load raw materials and remove finished products from machines
- Perform basic machine adjustments and changeovers as needed
- Monitor equipment during production to ensure proper operation
- Inspect finished products for quality, defects, and accuracy
- Follow production orders, work instructions, and safety procedures
- Complete required production and quality documentation
- Identify machine or product issues and report them to the supervisor
- Perform basic troubleshooting when equipment issues occur
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Meet daily production and quality expectations
- Assist with additional production duties as needed
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to perform basic math and measurements
- Must be dependable and have good attendance
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
- Willingness to work overtime when required
