We are Seeking Candidates who have held the job titles of: Coil Winder, Motor Winder, Mechanical Assembler, Metal Fabricator, MIG Welder, Blueprint Reader, Production Worker, or similar roles in custom manufacturing

Requirements (Both Roles):
- 2 years of experience in either coil winding or metal fabrication
- High School Diploma or GED required; technical training preferred
- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpretation
- Strong math and problem-solving skills
- Mechanically inclined and familiar with hand tools
- MIG welding experience preferred, but not required
- Punctual, dependable, and willing to learn
- Able to maintain good working relationships with team members
- Open to feedback and instruction
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, gripping for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with proper PPE and safety protocols
- Please note: This is a non-climate-controlled facility, and temperatures inside the shop may be comparable to outdoor conditions during warmer/colder months. Applicants should be comfortable working in a warm/cold industrial environment
- Wind transformers or motor components according to specs
- Operate coil winding machines and related tools
- Operate shears, drill press, cut-off saws, and other fabrication tools
- Assist in the cutting, shaping, and assembling of metal components
