Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Managing Partner to lead and oversee operations at our Cincinnati, OH branch. As a Managing Partner, you will be responsible for driving branch performance, leading and developing a team of staffing professionals, and building relationships with clients and candidates. This on-site role includes overseeing business development activities, ensuring operational excellence, and implementing company strategies to achieve recruitment goals and client satisfaction. You will also monitor market trends, analyze financial performance, and collaborate with leadership to drive success.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership and team management experience, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Strong business development and interpersonal skills, including client relationship management and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of staffing and recruitment processes, with experience in light industrial, warehouse, or administrative industries being a plus.
- Proficiency in strategic planning, financial analysis, and operational decision-making.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills to oversee day-to-day branch operations effectively.
- Proven ability to meet goals and drive revenue growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and understanding of labor market trends are advantageous.
