Role Description: Equipment Sales Representative (Full-Time)
Join our growing Sales & Rental team in Saginaw, Michigan! If you enjoy building customer relationships and have experience in equipment sales or the construction, agricultural, or material handling industries, we'd love to hear from you.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience, preferably in construction, agricultural, material handling, or industrial equipment
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, CRM software)
- Ability to prepare quotes, proposals, and sales documentation
- Mechanical aptitude or knowledge of heavy equipment is a plus
- Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate equipment solutions
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or GED required; additional education or sales training is a plus
