Job Responsibilities
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and initiatives from planning through implementation and closeout.
- Develop and maintain project management plans, schedules, timelines, and work breakdown structures.
- Coordinate project activities across business units, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
- Monitor project progress, milestones, risks, and dependencies, taking corrective action when necessary.
- Develop and implement project monitoring, readiness review, and vendor oversight tools.
- Provide project management guidance, technical assistance, and operational support to project teams.
- Track project performance metrics and prepare executive-level status reports and dashboards.
- Analyze project data and communicate findings, recommendations, and updates to stakeholders.
- Facilitate project meetings, document action items, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Develop policies, procedures, and process documentation to support program and project objectives.
- Support procurement planning, contract lifecycle tracking, renewal management, and vendor coordination activities.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for project-related communications, issue management, and escalation resolution.
- Coordinate training strategies, transition planning, and organizational readiness activities.
- Anticipate project risks and challenges and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, project governance requirements, and operational objectives.
- Conduct project evaluations and lessons learned activities to support continuous improvement.
- 4 years of experience serving in a team lead or project lead capacity, providing direction and coordination across project teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent technical education and experience will be considered.
- Experience developing policies, procedures, and operational documentation to support program and project objectives.
- Experience developing and implementing monitoring tools, performance measures, and oversight processes.
- Experience providing technical assistance and guidance to project teams during planning, implementation, and operational activities.
- Experience delivering project management services for complex initiatives, including planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
- Experience coordinating training strategies, readiness activities, and stakeholder communications.
- Experience managing the day-to-day operational aspects of multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
