Job Summary
LingaTech is building a pipeline of experienced ServiceNow professionals in the Greater Harrisburg region. This posting is not associated with a current open requisition. Instead, we are proactively identifying and networking with technical talent for future positions we anticipate opening soon.
Potential Future Roles
Candidates may be considered for upcoming positions such as:
ServiceNow Developer
ServiceNow Administrator
ServiceNow Business Analyst
ServiceNow Architect / Lead
ServiceNow Implementation Specialist
ITSM / ITOM / ITAM Specialists
What You’ll Do (Depending on Future Role)
Configure, customize, and develop within the ServiceNow platform
Support modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, or SecOps
Build workflows, business rules, UI policies, forms, and catalog items
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems (REST, SOAP, APIs, etc.)
Maintain and enhance the CMDB
Partner with business and technical teams to deliver ServiceNow solutions
Participate in Agile ceremonies and iterative development cycles
Requirements
Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform
Working knowledge of ITSM processes and best practices
Ability to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work in a client-facing or consulting environment
Preferred Qualifications
(Not required for pipeline consideration but often requested)
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
One or more ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certifications
Experience with Discovery, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, or ITOM
Integration experience (REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Server)
ITIL Foundation or higher
