The ServiceNow Employee Center Developer will design, configure, and customize the Employee Center portal to unify employee access to enterprise services and knowledge. This role focuses on building workflows, integrating with other ServiceNow modules, and optimizing the overall employee experience.
Required Skills:
- Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) OR ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Hands-on experience developing and configuring ServiceNow Employee Center.
- Proficiency with workflows, service catalogs, and form design.
- Experience integrating Employee Center with ITSM, HRSD, or other ServiceNow modules.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices.
Preferred Skills:
- ServiceNow Micro-Certification: Employee Center.
- Experience optimizing portals for UX and employee engagement.
- Prior exposure to enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
Duties:
- Develop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow Employee Center portal.
- Integrate Employee Center with ITSM, HRSD, Facilities, and other ServiceNow modules.
- Design and implement service catalogs, request forms, and workflows.
- Optimize the portal for usability and a unified employee experience.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with client requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to portal performance and integrations.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
