The selected candidate will assist in the execution of data governance activities, guided by Data Governance Project Office Leads, to support domain onboarding and execution of initiatives. The selected candidate will perform the data discovery, metadata scanning & enrichment, Onboarding of KDEs to the Data Governance tool, and data lineage.

The selected candidate will perform the data discovery, metadata scanning & enrichment, Onboarding of KDEs to the Data Governance tool, and data lineage.
Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will perform the following duties:
- Data Profiling & Discovery
- Scanning new sources for data discovery
- KDE profiling & reporting
- On-boarding of KDEs to the Informatica Axon
- Data Scanning & Lineage
- Metadata scanning and lineage creation
- Technical metadata cataloging and enforcement across domains
- Assist with Metadata Scanning
- MDM Development
- Implement, maintain, and enhance MDM product
- Bring together complex and sparse data sets to meet requirements
- MDM Rule Implementation
- Participate in design, construction, testing, and maintaining a highly scalable master data system
- Experience in data discovery & profiling
- Experience with Data Governance tools (Informatica Axon/IDQ administration)
- Experience in data cataloging & lineage creation
- Experience with Data Cataloging tools (Informatica EDC Administration)
- Hands-on experience with at least one leading commercial off-the-shelf MDM platform
- Very strong familiarity with data discovery techniques and tools
- Very strong familiarity with data profiling techniques and tools
- Very strong familiarity with metadata issues and processes
- Experience in system data mapping and tracing
- Experience defining, implementing, and managing data glossaries/dictionaries
- Experience implementing MDM solutions
- Deep understanding of master data management, data governance, and associated technologies.
- Strong interpersonal communication and persuasion skills
