Cloud Team Scrum Master

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Agile Cloud Project Coordinator to support cloud technology initiatives by coordinating Agile delivery activities, facilitating Scrum practices, and fostering collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders. This role plays a key part in tracking project progress, supporting cloud operations, maintaining project documentation, and helping ensure cloud projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.

Job Duties

• Coordinate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement sessions, and operational work reviews.
• Track sprint progress, operational work, project milestones, service requests, dependencies, and work completion using Agile project management and ticketing tools.
• Identify, monitor, and escalate project risks, impediments, blocked work items, operational issues, and schedule impacts.
• Coordinate cloud operational requests, maintenance activities, and service improvement initiatives across Cloud Operations, Cloud Engineering, and Cloud Architecture teams.
• Collaborate with technical teams, architects, engineers, vendors, and business stakeholders to document project scope, requirements, assumptions, dependencies, objectives, and deliverables.
• Support business analysis efforts by preparing documentation for implementation, operational readiness, and organizational change management.
• Maintain project documentation, sprint artifacts, dashboards, risk logs, status reports, operational metrics, meeting notes, and project tracking systems.
• Prepare project updates, presentations, summaries, and reporting materials for leadership, stakeholders, governance meetings, and operational reviews.
• Facilitate communication and coordination across technical teams to align priorities, project objectives, and cloud service improvements.
• Schedule meetings, track action items, follow up on deliverables, and communicate project updates, operational impacts, priorities, and timeline changes.
• Maintain working knowledge of cloud technologies, cloud operations, Agile methodologies, project management practices, and collaboration tools.
  
  

Job Requirements

• 10 years of experience supporting Agile project management, Scrum delivery practices, or operational coordination activities.
• Experience using project management, ticketing, collaboration, or work tracking tools.
• Experience supporting Agile project management, Scrum delivery practices, or operational coordination activities.
• Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.), Scrum principles, Agile values, and the ability to coach teams.
• Highly desired: Certification such as AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, or Google Cloud Digital Leader.
