Pay Rate: $15.10-$19.55
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on care and daily support to residents
- Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, eating, mobility)
- Record vital signs and observe changes in condition
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and families
- Work alongside nurses and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain dignity, respect, and compassionate care
Qualifications:
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Alabama
- Long-term care experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable, compassionate, and patient-focused
