Regional Sales Manager
LINEV Systems — Security & X-ray Solutions
LINEV Systems is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to support growth across government and commercial markets. This role focuses on managing complex sales cycles, influencing decision-makers, and building long-term customer relationships for advanced security and X-ray solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead sales activities within the assigned region
- Develop and manage relationships with government agencies and key commercial customers
- Drive opportunities from prospecting through contract award
- Collaborate with internal teams and channel partners to execute sales strategies
- Participate in RFPs, bids, and procurement processes
- Maintain pipeline visibility, forecasting, and reporting in CRM
- Support go-to-market initiatives and partner engagement
Requirements
- Experience in complex B2G or enterprise B2B sales
- Strong understanding of procurement and contracting processes
- Ability to manage long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
- Experience in security, X-ray, imaging, or related technology preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-management skills
