PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN
SUMMARY
Under the direction of the Distribution Operations Manager, the Production Technician is responsible for performing installation, troubleshooting, configuration, and repair of both LINET and non-LINET products within the Operations Center. This role conducts inbound and outbound product inspections, assists with order assembly, identifies and secures non-conforming products, and resolves product issues in accordance with established quality standards prior to shipment. The Production Technician also executes product reworks, updates, recalls, and other technical modifications for inventory housed at the Operations Center. Additionally, this position provides training, guidance, and ongoing support to warehouse personnel to ensure tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with quality, safety, and operational requirements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, those listed below:
- Complete repairs and service activities related to electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems in accordance with established service standards, procedures, and training requirements.
- Perform inbound and outbound product inspections in compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Accurately document completed repairs and work orders, including evaluations, service reports, and preventive maintenance (PM) forms. Clearly identify equipment failures, corrective actions taken, parts used or required, and warranty versus non-warranty determinations.
- Execute inventory transactions within SAP to accurately account for parts consumed during product repairs.
- Perform authorized hardware and software updates or modifications in accordance with established procedures.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of product functionality, features, and benefits, and effectively apply this knowledge to support customer needs and improve outcomes for patients and caregivers.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development provided by LINET to remain current on products, technologies, and service practices.
- Assist in the development, documentation, and delivery of service procedures and training programs.
- Adhere to OSHA workplace safety regulations while performing routine maintenance, repairs, installations, and other service-related activities on LINET products.
- Utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety footwear, eye protection, gloves, and protective clothing, as required.
- Conduct periodic inventory counts and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Oversee and lead projects within the Operations Center to update, repair, and rework inventory, ensuring all activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with established quality and operational requirements.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5 years related technical experience and/or training
- Proficiency in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair
- Valid driver license, ability to be insured under Company insurance per established guidelines. Drivers’ license records will be reviewed on an annual basis.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

WORK ENVIRONMENT
The operations center is located at 10400 Bryton Corporate Center Drive. The warehouse temperature fluctuates with seasonal weather and can be hot or cold.
