Job Summary
We are seeking for a bilingual dedicated and motivated Assistant Manager to support our Home Depot retail operations. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.
This person will also be on call after hours to assist truck drivers with issues on the road if needed.
Duties
- Collaborate with Manager and Sales Reps in managing daily store operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management to ensure product availability.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized environment.
- Order label supplies
- Weekly HD Report (Power Point)
- Weekly Sales Driver (Power Point)
- SKU Management
- Weekly Project Summary
- Manage HD Ads
- Order HD Signs
- Print Home Depot Labels
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent math skills for financial transactions and reporting.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
- Power Point and excel.
