We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our growing team.* this role is hybrid-remote with in-office work 1-2x/week *Key Responsibilities:Reviewing Financial Documents: Processing and analyzing attorney fee letters and notice of award letters to ensure accuracy, recording vital data and summary to database.Fee Management: Tracking and following up on attorney fees, ensuring timely processing and resolution of any issues.Creating Fee Petitions: Drafting and submitting petitions for attorney(s), ensuring they meet all necessary criteria.Documentation: Maintaining organized records of all communications, petitions, and financial documents related to fees and awards.Process Optimization: Identifying areas for improvement in financial processes and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency.Updating Referral Partners on pending and closed casesFiling Fee petitionsSkills Needed:Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail for accurate document review and processing.Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze financial data and identify discrepancies.Communication: Effective written and verbal communication skills for liaising with clients, staff and the Social Security Administration.Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with financial software or databases to manage and track documents efficiently.
