Job Description: We are seeking a part-time Social Media Coordinator to become the voice behind the
comments on Liner Legal’s growing TikTok platform. In this role, you’ll monitor and respond to
comments and direct messages with empathy, clarity, and warmth, engaging our community in a way
that’s authentic, informative, and always on-brand. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who
understands TikTok culture and enjoys interacting with online communities. You’ll help us turn
questions into answers, skeptics into followers, and followers into clients; all while representing a
mission-driven brand that advocates for people with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and respond to TikTok comments and direct messages in real-time and during scheduled
windows

Reply to questions, feedback, and community interactions in a tone that is empathetic,
professional, and on-brand further reflecting our tone and values.
Flag potential client leads and enter them into our CRM (Lead Docket)
Track and report common engagement themes, comment trends, FAQs, and content
opportunities to the marketing team
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and refine response templates that reflect our
brand personality and values
Act as a digital ambassador for the Liner Legal brand by maintaining a consistent and trusted
voice across all TikTok interactions that aligns with Liner Legal’s mission of disability advocacy
and empowerment — compassionate, trustworthy, and clear.
Skills and Qualifications:
Familiarity with TikTok culture and short-form video content
Excellent written communication skills with emotional intelligence
Experience in community management or social engagement (preferred)
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with a remote team
A passion for helping people and being part of a mission-driven organization
Bonus if you have:
o Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Lead Docket, Sprout)
o Background or interest in disability advocacy, public service, or legal marketing
o Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
