Liner Legal LLC is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead the firm’s online marketing efforts. This role will build on the firm’s excellent reputation to help drive digital growth. The Manager will focus on enhancing our digital presence, driving lead generation, and optimizing brand awareness through creative and data-driven strategies. The ideal candidate is an experienced marketer with a passion for storytelling and analytics. In understanding the firm’s business objectives, sector strategy and unique capabilities, the Digital Marketing Manager will be able to drive the development, execution, and measurement of multi-platform strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Management:
Plan, schedule, manage and execute marketing strategies for the firm's digital platforms,
including social media channels (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn), web,
SEO, Email Marketing, Broadcasting (video/podcasts/similar) and take them to new profitable
and successful heights.
Create, manage, and implement a social media content calendar.
Engage and manage influencer and partnership collaborations on social media.
Analyze campaign data to measure effectiveness and guide decision-making.
Website Optimization:
Create and implement strategies on the website to increase web traffic, click-through rate,
ranking and decrease bounce rate.
Increase lead generation through web forms, decrease bounce rate, and improve search
rankings.
Advertising and Campaign Management:
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) to achieve lead
generation and awareness goals.
Monitor website performance and oversee SEO/SEM initiatives to improve visibility and traffic.
Content Creation and Branding:
Create engaging content for social media, blogs, pr releases and email/text campaigns that align
with the firm’s mission and branding.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
Strategy and Trends:
Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across multiple platforms
including social media, website, email/text, and search engines.
Create a plan to improve, evaluate, and automate essential marketing activities and processes,
including segmentation, lead generation, relationship marketing, and customer care.
Analyze key performance data to identify trends and insights that can inform business
development activities and support the maintenance and development of benchmarks over
time.
Offer insights to executive leadership team to illustrate objectives and provide
recommendations for future campaigns and developments.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends and identify innovative strategies to enhance Liner
Legal’s online presence.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in professional services or nonprofit
sectors.
Proven track record of successful paid advertising and SEO/SEM campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar
platforms.
Experience with Google Ad Manager, Meta Ad Manager, and related tools.
Familiarity with tools like, ai/Chatgpt, VideoAsk and MeetGabbi.
Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM platforms.
Experience building workflows and email funnels.
Strong understanding of social media management and influencer collaboration.
Excellent writing and content creation abilities.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative thinker with a passion for driving innovation in digital marketing.
