We are a privately owned, locally rooted luxury home textiles company in Portland, and we are looking for a proactive, creative, and strategically minded Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

You will be responsible for marketing across our family of brands—Linen Society, Letto, and Henry Handwork—and across every channel where our customers find us: brick and mortar, e-commerce, social media, Google, wholesale platforms, and email. This position reports to the President, sits at the center of how our brands show up every day, and directly influences how our customers experience us.

Responsibilities Include
- Planning, building, and executing all email campaigns in Klaviyo, including automated flows designed to grow sales and deepen customer relationships
- Managing and growing social media across all platforms, using AI and analytics to stay ahead of ever-changing algorithms, inform content strategy, build followers, and drive engagement
- Collaborating with the President on the rollout of annual promotions and holiday campaigns
- Planning and ordering in-store promotional materials: signage, decals, postcards, and stationery
- Managing business profiles on Google Business, Yelp, Apple Maps, and responding to customer reviews
- Managing key B2B partner relationships (Anthropologie, Williams-Sonoma, etc.) and wholesale platforms (Faire, Preignold)
- Owning the digital asset library and coordinating product and lifestyle photo shoots with the house photographer
- Identifying and securing co-op marketing funds from vendor brands (Matouk, Sferra, Abyss, Celso de Lemos, etc.)
- Developing editorial content: blog posts, gift guides, style guides, and educational pieces, leveraging AI to accelerate drafting while maintaining authentic brand voice
- Collecting and repurposing customer testimonials and user-generated content
- Monitoring competitor marketing activity and surfacing trends, opportunities, and insights for leadership
- Coordinating print catalog development and design
- Pulling data from Shopify and using AI to analyze trends and inform marketing plans and campaign strategy
- Supporting paid advertising strategy (Google Ads, social media ads)
- Maintaining brand voice consistency across all websites and channels
- Tracking performance, analyzing results, and reporting to the President
- Managing marketing budget and vendor relationships

- Strategically minded, driven, and creative
- Expert-level proficiency with AI tools including Claude, ChatGPT, and Perplexity. You should already be using AI daily to write, research, strategize, and work faster and smarter maximizing it's use and potential.
- A natural eye for design, aesthetics, and beautiful things. You appreciate fashion, interiors, and the details that elevate a brand. You notice what looks right and what doesn’t.
- A proven track record of independently planning and executing marketing campaigns from concept through delivery. We are not looking for someone learning the fundamentals. We need someone who has done this work, owned the outcomes, and can point to real results.
- Google Analytics - you mention tracking performance but never name the tool. Candidates will search for this keyword on Indeed and it helps your posting get found.
- SEO fundamentals - you mention editorial content that supports SEO but never say you want someone who understands SEO. You don't need an SEMrush expert, but basic keyword awareness matters for someone writing blog posts and gift guides.
- 3 years or more hands-on experience with Klaviyo; working familiarity with Shopify
- Understands social media algorithms and adapts content strategy as platforms change
- Experience managing B2B relationships and wholesale platforms
- Experience coordinating photo shoots and managing digital assets
- Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Canva
- Familiar with HubSpot or comparable CRM
- Resourceful and smart with how they invest time and budget
