Job Description
The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for assisting customers with their heavy duty parts questions and needs. Duties include:
- Preparing weekly call lists for existing and potential customers
- On site sales calls to determine and fulfill customer needs
- Operating a computer and industry-related cataloging system
- Processing daily paperwork and forms including order entry and receiving
- Effectively communicating features, benefits, and warranty policy information to customers
- Effectively communicating with co-workers in a team effort to satisfy customer needs.

In 2016, Linehaul opened a new facility Evendale, Ohio where it currently maintains a growing distribution center, service center, and truck sales outlet.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess prior heavy duty parts knowledge including cataloging and/or inventory systems. Prior experience is a plus, but is not required. The right candidate must have:
- Exceptional customer service and communications skills (both written and verbal)
- A positive attitude and great personal drive
- An aptitude in setting long and short term goals with the dedication and follow through to achieve these goals
- A willingness and ability to learn in a fast-paced retail sales environment
- Availability to work on weekends if required
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- A willingness and ability to adhere to company policies and procedures.
Compensation
Linehaul Heavy Duty offers a competitive commission-based wage based on experience, as well as paid vacation and holidays, medical and dental insurance, and a 401k.
