What You'll DoAs a Snow Removal Operator at Linehan Landscaping, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our clients’ properties are clear and safe during winter storms. Your responsibilities will include:
- Operating snow removal equipment such as pick up trucks, dump trucks, loaders, or skid steers to clear driveways, parking lots, and walkways.
- Monitoring weather conditions and responding promptly when snow removal services are needed.
- Performing basic maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure it’s in top working condition.
- Collaborating with team members to complete assignments efficiently and safely.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need the following qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in snow removal or operating heavy equipment.
- A valid driver’s license and a Medical DOT card (required).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, nights, and weekends, as required by weather conditions.
- Reliability and a team-oriented attitude.
