Position: Collections Representative
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday: 8:15 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Full-time, In-Office Position
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts independently with accuracy and efficiency.
- Employ custom collection strategies, including skip tracing, phone calls, and written correspondence.
- Process and complete forms required by taxing authorities.
- Develop and implement effective collection methods to meet and exceed financial goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service with a keen attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service and collections preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to overcome objections and drive successful outcomes.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
