Attorney – Suburban Area Tax Practice
Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson, LLP has spent more than 50 years partnering with cities, counties, school districts, and other public entities to support essential government services through effective legal representation and revenue‑recovery solutions. We are seeking a dedicated Attorney to join our suburban‑area tax practice and help us continue delivering exceptional results for our clients.
What You’ll Do:
In this role, you will serve as a trusted legal advisor to public‑sector clients, manage litigation and collection strategies, and build strong relationships with community leaders and elected officials. You’ll have the opportunity to handle meaningful legal work, trial and appellate matters, property research, condemnation cases, while also contributing to the operational success of client programs.
Qualifications:
- Active Texas law license
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Leadership experience or demonstrated ability to guide and support teams
- Professional, proactive, and relationship-driven approach
- Commitment to public service and client partnership
Work Location & Travel
This position is based in the Firm’s Liberty Office and requires regular travel to courts, client sites, and community events.
