What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bilingual Property Manager position at Linebacker Equity Management?
Houston-based property management company is seeking immediate hire of a full-time Community Manager for a well-maintained apartment community in the Pasadena area.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
· Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
· Must have previous property management experience with a proven track record of success.
· Must be comfortable with property management software such as Resman, OneSite, Yardi, etc..
GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Provides high-quality customer service and support to prospective and existing tenants
· Markets units by preparing advertising and marketing programs in compliance with federal, state, local, and regulatory requirements. Makes recommendations to improve marketing and leasing programs.
· Schedules prospective tenant property visits and showings
· Collect rent and follow proper notice procedures and delinquency practices.
· Conducts applicant interviews, verifies potential resident income and takes deposits & rents.
· Prepares and organizes leasing documents and contracts
· Conducts move-in and move-out procedures.
· Motivates team members and creates a high-energy working environment.
· Approves invoices from vendors, contractors, and service providers for payment by reconciling work performed or products purchased, ensuring validity of certificates of insurance, coding charges to appropriate Chart of Account codes, and managing communication between the vendor/contractor, accounting, and the client/owner as needed
· Conducts regular property inspections and takes appropriate actions to ensure that the physical aspects of the property, grounds, buildings and amenities meet established standards for safety, cleanliness, and general appearance and appeal.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
· Full-time position, hourly rate (negotiable)
