What the Job Involves
- Door knocking to generate new roofing leads
- Completing property inspections
- Meeting homeowners and explaining the insurance restoration process
- Managing roofing projects from start to finish (with team support)
- Providing excellent customer service and communication
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality
- Roofing or construction experience (preferred, not required)
- Comfortable with door knocking & talking to homeowners
- Reliable transportation and professional presentation
