Sunday- Wednesday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Sunday- Wednesday, 6:00 PM to 4:30 AM

What You’ll Do
- Lead, train, and coach your team to meet or exceed performance goals in productivity, quality, and safety.
- Oversee daily warehouse operations—including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and organization of goods.
- Plan and coordinate production schedules, allocate resources effectively, and maintain accurate time and production records.
- Monitor key metrics and generate reports to keep plant leadership informed of performance and progress.
- Manage warehouse activity related to sales, purchasing, and record control to ensure product availability and operational efficiency.
- Operate and work with material handling equipment and warehouse machinery.
- Promote a positive, collaborative work environment by resolving employee concerns and maintaining open communication across all levels.
- Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to thrive in diverse environments — from cold storage (-20°F / -25°C) to dry storage (up to 100°F / 37°C) — while wearing company-provided PPE and freezer gear.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 40 lbs (or more depending on facility needs).
- Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends as needed.
