What are the responsibilities and job description for the Turret Operator position at Lineage?
Join our team as a Turret Operator, where you’ll pick, pull, and move full pallets of product to keep our warehouse running smoothly. You’ll play a key role in staging and placing materials efficiently while maintaining strict safety and quality standards. This is a 2nd shift position, Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM, offering a steady schedule and a fast-paced, hands-on work environment.

Key Duties And Responsibilities
- Write the order number, name of the receiver, and quantity of case on every order, box, pallet, packages and bins pulled
- Report bad tickets right away to the appropriate leader
- Pull all orders in a timely manner
- Once orders are pulled, help run freight and locate product
- Report broken pallets to supervisor
- Complete daily forklift maintenance/check sheet
- Monitor battery charge, maintain, and clean batteries, and leave material handling equipment at the proper charging station
- Work with other machinery and material handling equipment
- Ability to understand instructions in Country's official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics
- Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs,; weight may be more dependent upon facility
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
- Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud
