About the Role
The Facility Maintenance Specialist is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our facilities. This includes sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming hallways, stairs, breakrooms, and office spaces. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be able to lift a minimum of 20 lbs./9 kgs. In addition to maintaining a clean and safe environment, the Facility Maintenance Specialist will also perform general maintenance tasks such as removing ice and picking up pieces of pallets.

To be successful in this role, you must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You must also be comfortable handling cleaning chemicals and have basic math skills. Additionally, you must be able to understand instructions in English and work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company-provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear.
