Job Description: We are looking for an Experienced Window Tint Installer who has extensive hands-on experience in the installation of automotive, residential, and commercial window films. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the craft, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to deliver superior results.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional installation of window tint on automotive, residential, and commercial windows.
• Ensure proper installation techniques are used to avoid imperfections, such as air bubbles, creases, and debris under the film.
• Accurately measure, cut, and apply window tint film using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide high-quality service.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are handled safely.
• Follow company guidelines, safety standards, and industry best practices for window tinting.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets customer and company expectations.
  
  

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in professional window tint installation (automotive, residential, and/or commercial).
• Familiarity with a variety of window tint films and brands.
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent craftsmanship.
• Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in various weather conditions if needed.
