- Ability to learn/prep/install all required LINE-X core product and services.
- Daily communication between sales and management to review work day.
- Ensure spray equipment, tools and personal protective equipment are maintained and ready for operation/use.
- Ensure customers' cars are kept clean and undamaged.
- Keep shop area neat and clean.
- Adhere to all attendance, punctuality, and time keeping standards.
- Maintain a safe working environment.
- Report parts and supplies needed for smooth efficient installation.
- Stay current with new techniques and product applications.
- Prepare, mix and apply products/materials according to required guidelines and specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to complete jobs efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
