Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Commission Sales Associate. The primary responsibilities of this role include identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing and nurturing client relationships, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets. The Sales Associate will be the point of contact for clients, understand their project requirements, and effectively communicate how Line Drafters' services can meet their needs. Additionally, the role includes preparing proposals, negotiating agreements, and consistently delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in sales, lead generation, and client relationship management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Understanding of architectural and interior design concepts, and familiarity with drafting services such as AutoCAD and 3D visualization is a plus
- Experience with CRM tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet sales targets
- Proven problem-solving skills and a results-oriented approach
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Prior experience in the architecture, design, or construction industry is a strong advantage
