We are one of the fastest growing Roofing companies in Virginia. We are looking for an experienced Roofer that can help lead our repair team as we rapidly grow and expand.
This will be for local repairs and re-roofs in and around the Williamsburg area, so you'll have the advantage of being able to work near home. We’re a growing company and are big on promoting from within.
Requirements:
What we look for in new team members:
- 1 years experience in asphalt roofing
- Effective roof system evaluation, leak diagnostic skills, and problem-solving skills a must
- Ability to communicate verbally and written
- Valid Driver’s License is a must
Job Responsibilities:
The following are expectations of our employees in this position:
- Deliver a quality roof using standardized work
- Operate with a high level of integrity and care for our customer's
- Solve problems as they occur
- Safely perform standardized work
- Continuously improve the process
- Be at the job every scheduled day.
- Work well with the crew/assist fellow roofers when possible
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- residential roofing: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Williamsburg, VA 23188: Relocate before starting work (Required)
