About the AR/AP Representative Position:
This position description provides the overall purpose, key responsibilities, and specifications of the position. Overall Responsibility
The Accounts Receivable Representative maintains resident records, process payments, and provides good customer service regarding resident inquiries.
The Accounts Payable Representative will assist in maintaining invoices, processing payments, and provide good customer service regarding vendor inquiries.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain resident files and resident records
Communicate and work with site offices
Process resident correspondence
Enter charges and credits to resident accounts
Process electronic rental payments
Generate resident renewal leases
Processing invoices
Research and Resolving utility invoice issues
Customer Service
Reconciling GL accounts
Job Qualifications
Education
High school diploma or general education degree. A PA Real Estate license is required and must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
Knowledge of Basic accounting principles.
Experience
3 years of experience with Property Management, resident accounting, payable accounting and strong customer service, sales, communication, and organizational skills.
