Job Description
The Senior Financial Analyst plays a crucial role in the finance team, focusing on cost accounting, manufacturing analysis, purchase price variances, volume forecasting, and managing the budgeting and forecast processes. This position requires a blend of analytical expertise, strategic thinking, and collaborative skills to drive financial performance and support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manufacturing Analytics: Develop and maintain volume forecasting models to predict future production and sales volumes.
- Budget and Latest Estimate Process: Consolidate all financial information; analyze results, and present financials to senior management for approval.
Requirements
Skills & Knowledge:
- Expert in Excel and proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and an ERP (SAP) system.
- Must have solid written and verbal communication skills.
Experience:
- Minimum 7 years financial experience.
- 4 years financial experience in financial planning and analysis, with experience in Business Intelligence preferred.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- MBA/Masters degree preferred.
