POSITION OVERVIEW
The Guide & Marketing Specialist is a relationship-centered role that blends membership intake, community engagement, and brand storytelling. This position is often the first point of connection for prospective residents, clients, and families who are exploring the wide variety of services we offer to older adults. Additionally, this role includes a technology function, serving as the organization’s HubSpot (CRM) Champion.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create content and manage, where applicable, marketing campaigns, advertisements, social media, website updates, and collateral.
- Represent Lindsey Communities at tours, events, and outreach activities, developing community partnerships and referral relationships.
- Own all inbound inquiries from first contact through warm handoff.
- Conduct intake conversations to assess needs, guide individuals toward appropriate services, schedule tours, and coordinate follow-up.
- Maintain accurate CRM (HubSpot) records and workflows; serve as the HubSpot Champion by identifying best practices and improving processes.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience in marketing, healthcare, senior services, or intake roles preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and CRM skills.
- Valid Illinois driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Compensation range: $59,000–$65,000 (salary), based on experience
Bonus eligibility: Up to 2% of salary
