What You’ll Do:
- Test pool water daily and maintain proper chemical balance
- Add chemicals such as chlorine or acid to ensure safe pH levels
- Inspect, maintain, and service pool equipment
- Clean or replace filters
- Assist with minor repairs to pumps and motors
- Keep the pool and surrounding areas clean and well-maintained
- Ensure pool rules and safety signage are up to date and visible
- Stay informed on community events and activities
- Assist with additional tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic knowledge of pool systems or willingness to learn
- Ability to identify and address potential safety hazards
- Comfortable working outdoors in summer heat
- Dependable with consistent attendance, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
