Pay:
- RN: $35 – $37 per hour (based on experience)
- LPN: $32 – $35 per hour (based on experience)

Position Overview
This position offers a consistent daytime schedule — No nights. No weekends.

We are hiring a part-time Nurse (RN of LPN) to join our compassionate team. This role is vital in delivering high-quality healthcare services to our participants and supporting their overall wellness and quality of life. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, a caring demeanor, and a commitment to teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration and treatments
- Monitor participants’ health and report changes to families or medical professionals
- Collaborate with participants, families, and team members to support overall wellness
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Demonstrate compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to support older adults
- Participate in daily center activities as needed
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Pay:
- RN: $35 – $37 per hour (based on experience)
- LPN: $32 –$35 per hour (based on experience)

Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN license in the state of Illinois
- 2 years of nursing experience, ideally in geriatrics, adult day services, long-term care, or similar settings
- Strong assessment, clinical, and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and teamwork abilities
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficient with EHR systems and basic computer applications
- CPR and First Aid certification (current or obtained upon hire)
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, assist, and transfer members safely
- Ability to perform tasks requiring standing, walking, bending, and moderate physical activity throughout the day
- Must be able to respond effectively in urgent or emergency situations
