Automotive Sales Consultant

SALES CONSULTANT - Full time positions to fill immediately at Lindsay Volkswagen of Dulles in Sterling, VA.

Key responsibilities and qualifications include:

• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be eager to master product knowledge and maintain a mindset of constant learning and improvement to adapt to dynamic market, tools, and inventory
• Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication and public speaking abilities.
• Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
• Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage a sales pipeline from prospecting to closing deals.
• Familiarity with CRM software, inventory management, retail math, and dealership operations is advantageous.
• Exceptional customer service skills paired with professional phone etiquette and outbound sales experience.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment; experience in automotive or dealership settings is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record. Other miscellaneous duties as assigned by a manager may apply.

Sales consultant physical requirements:

This job will require the selected individual to be able to perform the following physical activities: walking, getting in and out of cars in all weather conditions, lift up to 50 lbs, use snow blower, broom, snow shovel and scrapers, shop vac, take off and put on license plates, moving and re-arranging office equipment.
