We are a small CPA firm seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support multiple client accounts. This role focuses on maintaining accurate financial records, performing reconciliations, and supporting day-to-day bookkeeping functions across a variety of small business clients.

Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records for multiple clients using QuickBooks (Desktop and Online)
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations on a regular basis
- Record financial transactions, including journal entries and adjustments
- Enter payroll transactions and monitor payroll for accuracy
- Identify discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Support tax preparation by ensuring books are complete and accurate
- Communicate with internal staff and clients to gather missing information or clarify transactions
Qualifications
- 1 year of bookkeeping or accounting-related experience OR relevant coursework/training
- Familiarity with QuickBooks (Desktop or Online) preferred; willingness to learn required
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (debits, credits, and reconciliations)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn in a team environment

Salary : $23 - $28
