ADVERTISEMENT MANAGER ROLE (Full-Time, Remote)

We’re hiring a Advertisement Manager to take ownership of paid acquisition and help scale our multi–seven-figure online education company responsibly and sustainably. This full-time role will lead paid media strategy across Meta (primary) and Google, optimizing performance across our evergreen funnels and live launches.
This is not just an ad management position. It’s a true revenue-driving seat. You’ll be responsible for improving CPL, increasing lead-to-sale conversion, and improving ROAS.
You’ll work closely with the CEO while reducing her day-to-day involvement in ad management, bringing clarity to reporting, discipline to testing, and confidence to growth decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Paid Ads Management
Manage and optimize paid ads on Meta, Google, and TikTok.
Scale campaigns that are working while keeping them profitable.
Support both evergreen funnels and live launches with paid traffic.
Ad Creative Strategy
Review ad performance to see which hooks and angles are working best.
Plan and organize ad testing.
Watch for ad fatigue and refresh creative when needed.
Funnel & Conversion Optimization
Review webinar and funnel performance to find areas that need improvement.
Track metrics like cost per lead, conversion rates, and return on ad spend.
Make sure ad messaging matches the funnel and offer.
Reporting & Growth Planning
Share simple weekly reports on ad performance.
Track key metrics like CPL, ROAS, and revenue from ads.
Provide monthly recommendations on how to grow and scale.
Requirements
- Full-time position (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM EST).
- Proven experience managing and scaling Meta and Google Ads
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on CPL, conversion rate, and ROAS
- Experience optimizing digital product or webinar funnels
- Ownership mindset with the ability to drive revenue, not just manage campaigns
Highly Favored
- Highly preferred to live within 90 miles of Atlanta, GA (for occasional in-person meetings).
- Experience running ads for digital courses or online education businesses.
- Experience with TikTok ads.
- Understanding of webinar funnels and evergreen sales systems.
- Ability to plan and run organized ad tests to find what works and scale it.
- Strategic thinker who can use both data and creative insight to improve performance.
Compensation & Benefits
- $70,000-$90,000 dependent upon experience and demonstrated capability.
