About the Role
As an LPN at Lindora, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional client care while supporting overall clinic operations. You’ll work closely with Nurse Practitioners and the clinical team to guide patients through their wellness journeys—educating, motivating, and supporting them every step of the way.
This role blends hands-on nursing care, client education, and wellness coaching in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver direct patient care under the supervision of a Nurse Practitioner
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans
- Perform venipuncture and administer injections
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to the care team
- Provide nutritional education, menu planning, and client coaching using the Lindora Client Experience Model
- Support client accountability and ongoing engagement
- Accurately document all client care in the EMR system
- Refer patients to medical providers for medication assessments as needed
- Confidently recommend and educate patients on Lindora programs and products
- Assist with inventory management of medical supplies
- Adhere to all clinical, safety, and compliance standards
What We’re Looking For
- Valid LPN license in the state of practice
- CPR Certification (current)
- Experience with venipuncture and injections (required)
- Clinical, urgent care, or emergency care experience (preferred)
- Weight management or wellness experience (preferred)
- Comfort with EMR systems and clinical documentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and charting-compliant
- Professional, punctual, reliable, and polished
- Team-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others succeed
- Ability to work weekdays and some weekends
- Comfortable working in a fast-changing, client-focused environment
Compensation & Benefits
- $25.00 – $35.00 per hour, based on experience and performance
