What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurse Practitioner position at Lindora Bountiful?
NURSE PRACTITIONER
Lindora Metabolic Health Clinic
About the Role
We're seeking a clinical Nurse Practitioner to serve as a cornerstone of our metabolic health platform. This is not a traditional weight loss clinic—it is a data-driven, physician-led wellness clinic where you'll manage complex metabolic cases, prescribe targeted therapies, and help patients achieve sustainable and log term transformation. You'll combine advanced clinical assessment with strategic patient coaching, working within a sophisticated multi-modal treatment protocol that includes GLP-1 therapy, hormone replacement, peptide therapy, IV nutrient optimization, personalized nutrition and resistance training.
This role offers clinical autonomy, meaningful patient relationships, and the opportunity to build expertise in a high-growth metabolic wellness market.
Why Lindora?

You'll work with cutting-edge protocols including GLP-1 therapy, HRT/TRT, peptide therapy, IV therapy, NAD , EMS body contouring, and high-protein nutritional programs. Every patient's plan is built from lab data and body composition analysis—your clinical expertise drives personalized protocol selection and ongoing optimization. This is NOT cookie cutter and you are NOT administering generic programs; you will be managing sophisticated metabolic transformations with real clinical depth.

- Conduct comprehensive metabolic health assessments, including review of lab work, body composition data, and hormone panels to inform personalized treatment protocols
- Manage clinical clearances for Lindora services; obtain informed consent and ensure patient safety protocols

- Administer intramuscular/subcutaneous injections (vitamins, peptides, specialty therapeutics) with proper documentation and patient education
- Perform and interpret patient vitals, blood draws, and body composition assessments; use data to track progress and refine treatment plans
- Provide expert patient education on metabolic health, program options, and nutritional coaching using the Lindora evidence-based model
- Coach and mentor clinic staff (LVNs, medical assistants) on clinical protocols and patient care standards
- Maintain meticulous EMR documentation; ensure all clinical notes, protocols, and patient interactions meet compliance and quality standards
- Manage clinic inventory of medications, IV supplies, and therapeutic products; track usage and reorder proactively
