Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Regional Sales Manager at Lindner Recyclingtech America. The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth within an assigned territory, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing the full sales cycle for shredders and recycling systems. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, distributors, and partners, preparing proposals and quotations, and delivering product presentations and demonstrations. Daily activities include coordinating with technical and service teams on installations and after-sales support, monitoring market trends and competitor activity, and maintaining accurate sales forecasts and CRM records. The Regional Sales Manager also participates in trade shows and industry events, supports strategic account management, and contributes to regional sales planning and budgeting.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in B2B sales, account management, and territory development, with a focus on industrial equipment or capital goods.
- Experience in relationship building, customer service, and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to understand technical products, read basic technical specifications, and collaborate effectively with engineering and service teams.
- Proficiency in sales planning, pipeline management, CRM tools, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, including the ability to prepare clear proposals and reports.
- Self-directed work style, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage travel and remote work responsibilities.
- Prior experience in recycling, waste management, or related industrial sectors is a plus.
