ENSURE SERVICE QUALITYÂ
- On-site, in-home visitation, depending upon service requirements to ensureÂ
- Support annual Unlicensed AFL home visits with Tailored Plan.
- Support Clinical Supervisors as needed to update or create service schedules in EHR.
- Support Clinical Supervisors with IDF (face sheets) as directed.Â
- Support Clinical Supervisors with completing Vaya self assessments.Â

- Review service documentation for billing and make updates as needed.
- Maintain current knowledge of state and federal regulatory and service requirements

- Submit requisition for open coverage in iCIMS
- Interview screened candidates to determine best match for people served
- Coordination of family/recipient interviews
- Ensure staff training in collaboration with assigned CS
- Ensure staff qualifications and competencies for DSPs are current to provide services

- Meet NC Specific Requirements for Paraprofessional
- 5 years of experience providing direct support for individuals with IDD.
- Work environment is a typical office-based environment, however, field work and travel to recipient homes is to be expected on a regular basis. All appointments and meetings will be kept on your google calendar and visible to your supervisor.
- After hours or weekend work as assigned
