Pricing Manager

💰 Compensation: $80,000–$100,000 annually (based on experience)

LindFast Solutions Group (LSG) is a leading master distributor of fasteners and industrial products, committed to reliability, operational excellence, and exceptional service.

LSG is seeking a Pricing Manager to lead pricing strategy, drive margin performance, and ensure competitive positioning across our product lines. This hybrid role owns the pricing model and provides critical insights that support sales, purchasing, and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Price Management

• Own and maintain the pricing model aligned to market and company strategy

• Manage pricing matrices, customer price files & discount structures

• Establish price guardrails and exception policies

• Deliver insights to support proactive pricing decisions

Cost Monitoring & Market Alignment

• Partner with Purchasing to monitor cost and SKU-level trends

• Incorporate sales feedback to ensure market-aligned pricing

• Track competitive dynamics and input costs to maintain pricing responsiveness

Data & Reporting

• Build and maintain pricing dashboards for leadership

• Ensure ERP accuracy for cost inputs, pricing logic & customer files

• Analyze price/cost/margin data and recommend adjustments

Collaboration

• Align pricing strategies with leadership and division goals

• Work with the LSG Pricing Team for consistency and compliance

• Train sales teams on pricing tools, margins & quoting best practices

• Support strategic quotes, program renewals & large opportunities

• Serve as the organization’s pricing subject-matter expert

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field

• 4 years of pricing or financial analysis experience (distribution/industrial preferred)

• Strong understanding of cost structures, margins & pricing strategy

• Advanced Excel skills; BI tool experience a plus

• ERP pricing module experience

• Ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights

• Strong communication, collaboration & problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
