LindFast Solutions Group, North America’s leading master distributor of fasteners, is seeking a dynamic Director of Regional Sales to lead our growing sales organization. This role will be located in our Elgin, IL office.
As part of our “One LSG” strategy, this role will oversee multiple brands and facilities, ensuring a unified approach to customers across the region. Reporting to the Regional Division President, the Director will drive sales growth, lead and coach local sales teams, and align sales with operations to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Build and execute regional sales strategies to drive growth.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Strengthen customer relationships across multiple LSG brands.
- Ensure alignment between sales and operations for seamless service delivery.
- Support the integration of our brands into a unified “One LSG” approach.
What We’re Looking For
- 8 years of sales leadership experience, ideally in distribution, manufacturing, or industrial products.
- Proven success managing multi-location sales teams.
- Strong business development and customer relationship skills.
