Van Driver
We are seeking a responsible and dependable Part-Time Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting students to various destinations in a safe and timely manner. You will ensure customer satisfaction through your professionalism and excellent driving skills.
Essential Duties:
- Flexible schedule- scheduled as needed Monday to Friday for student appointments between the hours of 7:30am-5:30pm, opportunity for evening and weekend hour pick up. Students are picked up at one location and dropped off at same location.
Responsibilities:
- Safely transport students to and from designated locations.
- Good Communication skills. Must be able to communicate well with parents and students.
- Follow designated routes and schedules.
- Ensure adherence to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Assist passengers with boarding and unloading when necessary.
- Report any vehicle issues or incidents to the appropriate department.
- Keep accurate logs and records as required by company and legal standards.
Requirements:
- Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a driver (e.g., delivery driver, chauffeur, or similar role).
- Strong time-management skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Flexibility with working hours, including evenings or weekends.
- Must pass background clearances (FBI, State Police and Child Abuse clearance).
