What You'll Do
- Provide compassionate, person-centered care to residents
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
- Support residents' comfort, dignity, and independence
- Work closely with nurses and other team members to provide quality care
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow established care plans and safety procedures

- Current CNA certification
